Mounting is an indispensable procedure, ideally tailored for metallographic laboratories in industrial settings, universities, and research institutions.

1. The housing is integrally molded from ABS.

2. Touchscreen display control, with a clear and intuitive interface and simple operation.

Equipped with a built-in cooling system for faster cooling and higher embedding efficiency, it offers two cooling modes: a timed cooling mode, where you set a specific cooling duration and the system stops automatically upon completion, and a temperature‑controlled cooling mode, where you specify a target temperature and the system shuts off once that threshold is reached.

6. A variety of mold specifications are available; custom molds can be tailored to meet specific customer requirements.

7. Supports both manual and automatic operation; customizable to meet specific customer needs, offering greater flexibility and convenience.

8. It can store over 200 sets of inlay‑process recipes, enabling quick retrieval and facilitating standardized, series‑based production.
