After mounting, the specimens achieve consistent dimensions, making them easier to handle and facilitating subsequent fully automated grinding and polishing—compatible with our company’s dedicated automatic grinders and polishers. This process is especially essential for specimens requiring edge protection or for those intended for automated grinding and polishing. Mounting is an indispensable procedure, ideally tailored for metallographic laboratories in industrial settings, universities, and research institutions.

Product Features:

1. The housing is integrally molded from ABS.

2. Touchscreen display control, with a clear and intuitive interface and simple operation.

Equipped with a built-in cooling system for faster cooling and higher embedding efficiency, it offers two cooling modes: a timed cooling mode, where you set a specific cooling duration and the system stops automatically upon completion, and a temperature‑controlled cooling mode, where you specify a target temperature and the system shuts off once that threshold is reached.

6. A variety of mold specifications are available; custom molds can be tailored to meet specific customer requirements.

7. Supports both manual and automatic operation; customizable to meet specific customer needs, offering greater flexibility and convenience.

8. It can store over 200 sets of inlay‑process recipes, enabling quick retrieval and facilitating standardized, series‑based production.
