Product Introduction:

The Lbt-100D is an economical cutting machine, ideally suited for slicing small, soft, brittle, or irregularly shaped metal materials, composite materials, plastics, electronic components, biomaterials, ceramics, cement, and rock/mineral samples. It is also commonly used for preparing thin-section specimens. The instrument employs gravity‑driven feed via weight blocks for straight‑cutting, with automatic stop upon completion. A micrometer adjustment mechanism allows precise control of specimen thickness. Equipped with a touch‑screen interface, it offers clear, user‑friendly operation and controllable grinding‑wheel speed. To prevent overheating and thermal damage during cutting, the device features a removable coolant reservoir; as the diamond cutting wheel rotates, it carries coolant to cool both the wheel and the sample, yielding polished, smooth, and burn‑free surfaces. With its compact design, minimal footprint, and ease of operation, maintenance, and upkeep, this equipment is a popular choice for metallographic preparation in colleges, universities, and industrial facilities.
