The LBT-1000B automatic metallographic grinding and polishing machine is a single‑disc benchtop unit. It is a next‑generation, high‑precision grinding and polishing system with automated sample preparation, manufactured in accordance with international standards and employing state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing technologies.

The LBT-1000B automatic metallographic grinding and polishing machine features an adjustable grinding‑polishing disc rotation direction, quick disc replacement, a multi‑sample holder, and mechanical centering force application, as well as automated abrasive delivery. Equipped with an advanced microprocessor control system, it offers stepless speed regulation for both the grinding‑polishing disc and the polishing head, along with intuitive and convenient settings for sample‑preparation pressure and duration. By simply swapping the grinding‑polishing disc or the abrasive paper and cloth, users can complete the grinding and polishing processes, thereby enhancing the machine’s versatility and broadening its range of applications.

This machine is equipped with a water‑cooling system that cools the specimen during grinding, preventing overheating and preserving the metallographic structure. Paired with an ABS housing and stainless‑steel standard components, it boasts a sleek, elegant appearance while enhancing corrosion and rust resistance and facilitating easy cleaning.
