The LBT-1B fully automatic metallographic sample grinding and polishing machine (for 6 samples) is a single‑disc, fully automated unit that integrates pre‑grinding, grinding, and polishing into one. It employs microcontroller technology with touch‑screen control; the grinding/polishing disc is driven by a DC brushless motor via a V‑belt, while the grinding head is powered by a stepper motor with synchronous belt drive. This design delivers smooth rotation, low noise, long service life, and reliable operation. Users can independently adjust the rotational speeds of both the grinding head and the disc, set the applied pressure, and program the sample preparation time to meet diverse requirements.
