The automatic droplet dispenser employs human–machine control technology, utilizing a peristaltic pump for fluid delivery and a touch screen to display and regulate both the dispensing interval and the dispensing volume, thereby achieving timed, constant‑speed, and quantitatively uniform delivery of polishing and grinding fluids. It is powered by a 24 V DC brushed motor, ensuring long service life and fully replacing manual droplet application, thus freeing the operator’s hands. This device is compatible with a wide range of suspensions and can be used independently on various polishing and grinding machines; it features simple operation and a sleek, compact design. In metallographic laboratories, the preparation of metallographic specimens involves several essential steps, including preliminary grinding and final polishing. During these processes, a polishing suspension must be added; this dispenser is specifically designed to facilitate the automated addition and precise dosing of such suspensions.

1. Control and display are implemented via a touch screen.

2. AC 100–240 V direct input, eliminating the need for an external power supply and ensuring convenient use.

3. It can automatically detect and perform titrations with timed, quantitative settings and three speed levels (high, medium, low).

5. Independent control of two workstations, offering greater convenience and flexibility.
