Product Introduction

The ZY‑4 vibratory compaction and molding machine is a specialized piece of equipment designed and manufactured in accordance with the technical requirements for preparing test specimens of semi‑rigid base materials by vibration, as specified in the People’s Republic of China industry standard JT/GE51‑2009. It is used to produce various types of specimens from granular materials stabilized with inorganic binders, including cylindrical specimens for determining unconfined compressive strength, indirect tensile strength, and compressive resilient modulus, as well as beam‑type specimens for measuring thermal shrinkage coefficient, drying shrinkage coefficient, flexural strength, and flexural resilient modulus.

Equipment Installation
1. Foundation
During the mold‑making process, this equipment generates significant impact forces on the floor; therefore, the foundation must be capable of withstanding vibrations of at least 10,000 N. Place a 5‑mm‑thick hard rubber pad beneath the equipment base, and secure it using the corner mounting screws provided in the standard kit.
There should be at least 1 meter of clearance around the equipment to facilitate operation and maintenance.
2. Power Supply
The equipment requires a three-phase 380 V, 2 kW power supply, and must be reliably grounded.
3. Device Connection
The variable frequency drive is mounted inside the control cabinet. The electrical control box, the VFD, and the main unit are interconnected via pin‑to‑pin aviation connectors of identical pin counts.
