Product Introduction
The electric lime-soil unconfined compression tester, the strain‑type unconfined compression tester, and the lime‑soil pressure apparatus are used to determine the axial compressive stress that soft cohesive soils with high saturation can withstand under unconstrained lateral conditions, up to the point of specimen failure, thereby obtaining the soil’s unconfined compressive strength. In addition, the unconfined compressive strength test is also employed to assess the soil’s sensitivity—defined as the ratio of the unconfined compressive strength of the undisturbed soil to that of the remolded soil maintained at its natural moisture content.
