Description
Product Introduction
This testing machine employs a two‑column support structure, featuring a rational mechanical design that ensures high measurement accuracy. Its simple and elegant exterior makes it suitable for determining the unconfined compressive strength and indirect tensile strength (splitting test) of stabilized soil specimens containing various binders, as well as for measuring the California Bearing Ratio of soils and pavement materials—including the determination of water‑induced swelling—and for evaluating the thermal stability and resistance to plastic flow of asphalt mixtures through the Marshall test. It can also perform a variety of other tests requiring the application of vertical loads. In the event of a power outage or when no external power is available, the machine can be operated manually.

WSC-300 Microcomputer-Controlled Steel Strand Stress Relaxation Testing Machine
The WSC-300 microcomputer-controlled steel strand stress relaxation testing machine employs servo control technology and computer-based data acquisition and processing, enabling closed-loop control and automated testing. It comprises four main components: the testing frame, the servo control system, the measurement and control system, and the test fixtures. With a maximum test force of 300 kN, the machine achieves an accuracy class better than 0.5.
YLZ-100 Microcomputer-Controlled Electro-Hydraulic Servo Curbstone Flexural Testing Machine
The YLZ-100 concrete curbstone flexural‑compressive testing machine is used to determine the flexural strength and flexural load of linear curbstones with a length of 1000 mm, as well as the compressive strength of curved curbstones and L‑shaped curbstones with a straight cross‑section. In accordance with JC/T 899‑2016 Concrete Curbstones, it can also be employed to conduct experimental studies on the flexural and compressive strengths of other materials.
The microcomputer-controlled high‑ and low‑temperature electronic universal testing machine consists of the testing machine mainframe, fixtures, a high‑ and low‑temperature chamber, and computer software. The temperature chamber is slid into the mainframe; after opening the chamber door, the specimen is secured in the dedicated fixture. The chamber then heats or cools until the specified temperature is reached.
