SF Model Touchscreen Moisture Analyzer

A moisture analyzer is used to determine the water content of a sample. Based on the principle of thermogravimetric analysis, it measures the sample’s weight in real time. Once the test is initiated, an internal halogen lamp rapidly heats the sample, causing the moisture to evaporate and dry. Product Introduction

A moisture analyzer is used to determine the water content of a sample. Based on the principle of thermogravimetric analysis, it measures the sample’s weight in real time. Once the test is initiated, an internal halogen lamp rapidly heats the sample, evaporating and drying the moisture. During the drying process, the instrument continuously monitors the sample’s weight and displays the results. Upon completion, it shows the moisture content as a percentage, with options to convert to solid content percentage, weight in grams, and regain percentage. This device is well suited for research institutes, universities, testing laboratories, metrology institutes, and enterprises and public institutions, and is widely employed across various industries—including plastics, grains, animal feed, powders, tobacco, papermaking, food (dehydrated vegetables, meat, noodles, flour, biscuits, pies, and seafood processing), tea, beverages, cereals, chemical raw materials, pharmaceuticals, and textile materials—to measure the free water content of samples.
