Description

Product Introduction:

Based on standards such as JC/T 2054 for natural sodium‑based bentonite impermeable liners, JG/T 193, SL 235, JTG E 50, and GB/T 35470 for determining the permeability coefficient of sodium‑based bentonite waterproofing blankets, this product has been developed and manufactured. It is suitable for applications where a sodium‑based bentonite waterproofing blanket exhibits slight seepage under a specified pressure differential. By measuring the volume of water that passes through the specimen over a defined period under a prescribed hydraulic head difference, together with the specimen’s thickness, the permeability coefficient can be calculated.

Key features:

1. The specimen holder is made of 304 stainless steel.

2. Controllable constant-temperature water supply (with heating and cooling systems), equipped with a water source tank.

3. 10-inch touch-screen control and data acquisition, display, and output system

4. Customizable for multiple specimens; a single machine can independently control specimens of different specifications.

5. A “pneumatic servo‑controlled water source” is employed, whereby precise pneumatic pressure drives the water within a pressure chamber to apply hydraulic loading to the specimen. This approach combines the advantages of rapid response and high precision inherent in pneumatic control with the incompressibility and stable physical properties of water as the working medium.

1. Specimen dimensions: φ70 mm, 101 mm, and 200 mm are available for custom fabrication.

2. Pressure range: confining pressure, back pressure, and pore pressure all range from 0 to 800 kPa.

3. Pressure and Measurement System: Pressure Control Accuracy – Pressure Resolution ≤ 1 kPa

4. Sample Testing: Supports a triple‑channel design for simultaneous testing of three independent samples.
