Product Introduction

The sand‑filling densimeter is used on site to determine the density of coarse-grained and very coarse-grained soils. It complies with the requirements of GB/T 50123, “Standard for Geotechnical Test Methods,” and TB 10102, “Code for Geotechnical Testing in Railway Engineering.” The density‑determination apparatus consists of a sand‑holding flask, a sand‑filling funnel, and a base plate. The sand‑filling funnel has a height of 135 mm and a diameter of 165 mm; the sand‑holding flask has a capacity of 4 L. The flask and the funnel are connected by a threaded joint, and the funnel is equipped with a cylindrical valve at its lower end, with an orifice diameter of 13 mm. The base plate supports both the sand‑filling funnel and the sand‑holding flask.

1. The test cylinder has a diameter of 280 mm and a height of 280 mm.

2. Maximum water capacity: 17,000 ml;

3. Accuracy: ±69 ml
