Equipment used for hanging or flat‑lay drying during shrinkage testing in the printing, dyeing, and apparel industries.

Product Features:

1. Temperature control is implemented via microcomputer, featuring PID auto-tuning to effectively prevent temperature overshoot.

2. Equipped with an over-temperature protection device that automatically cuts off the heater’s power when the chamber temperature exceeds 135°C, thereby preventing accidents.

3. The control circuit employs Siemens AC contactors as the control unit, ensuring stable and reliable operation.

4. The heating element is made of 304 stainless steel and features a dry‑burn protection design.

5. A high-speed centrifugal fan is employed, and a thermal relay is used for overcurrent protection to accelerate the drying of the test samples.

6. The inner liner is made of imported galvanized sheet, which is resistant to rust, and the sample rack is constructed from 304 stainless steel mesh.
