Product Introduction:

It is used for testing the air permeability of industrial fabrics, nonwoven fabrics, coated fabrics, and other industrial papers that require controlled air‑permeability properties—such as air‑filter paper, cement‑bag paper, and industrial filter paper—as well as leather, plastics, and chemical products. Product features:

1. The testing can be controlled either via a standalone large‑screen color touchscreen or through a computer, which displays real‑time differential pressure–air permeability curves, facilitating quality control and enabling R&D personnel to gain a more intuitive understanding of the sample’s air‑permeability performance.

2. Equipped with a high-precision imported differential pressure sensor, it delivers accurate measurement results and excellent repeatability; when compared with data from foreign brands, the measurement error is minimal, clearly outperforming comparable products manufactured by domestic competitors.

3. Enables fully automated measurement: place the sample in the designated position, and the instrument automatically selects the appropriate measurement range, adjusts accordingly, and delivers precise results.

4. Pneumatic specimen clamping, fully meeting the gripping requirements of various materials;

5. The instrument employs a self-designed silencing device to control the suction fan, thereby addressing the issue of excessive noise in comparable products caused by high pressure differentials.

6. The instrument is equipped with a standard calibration orifice plate, enabling rapid calibration to ensure data accuracy.

7. Equipped with a long-arm clamping handle, it can measure larger samples without the need to cut them into smaller pieces, significantly improving work efficiency.

8. Special aluminum sample stage; the entire machine features a metal baked‑on paint finish, ensuring durability and a sleek, elegant appearance that is easy to clean.

9. The instrument is extremely easy to operate, with a bilingual Chinese–English interface that can be switched at will, allowing even inexperienced users to operate it with ease.

10. Testing Method:

Rapid testing (single test takes less than 30 seconds, providing quick results);

Stability testing (the fan’s suction velocity is increased at a constant rate until the set differential pressure is reached, after which the pressure is held for a specified duration to obtain the results; this method is particularly well suited for fabrics with low air permeability, enabling high‑precision measurements).

Reference standard:

Standards including GB/T 5453, GB/T 13764, ISO 9237, EN ISO 7231, AFNOR G07, ASTM D737, BS 5636, DIN 53887, EDANA 140.1, JIS L1096, and TAPPIT 251.
