Product Introduction:

The far-infrared emissivity method is used to determine the far-infrared performance of various textile products, including fibers, yarns, fabrics, nonwoven fabrics, and their finished goods.

Reference standard:

GB/T 30127, Clause 4.1: Determination of Far-Infrared Emissivity.

Product Features:

1. Features touch-screen control and display, with menu-driven operation in both Chinese and English interfaces.

2. The core control components utilize a 32-bit microcontroller from STMicroelectronics to form a multifunctional mainboard.

3. By employing optical modulation technology, the measurement is unaffected by the radiation emitted from the surface of the measured object or by ambient radiation.

4. To ensure the measurement accuracy of the instrument, the design incorporates a dedicated diffuse reflectance (DR) compensation channel in addition to the specular reflectance (MR) channel, accounting for measurement errors caused by sample diffuse reflection.

5. In signal and electronic processing, phase-locked loop technology and microelectronics are employed, enabling effective detection of weak signals and further enhancing instrument performance.
