Description
Product Introduction:
This instrument is designed by incorporating the strengths of similar devices both domestically and internationally. It features an elegant, streamlined appearance and simple operation. Its microcomputer system supports two counting modes, offering intuitive display and convenient settings. With six test stations operating simultaneously, it significantly enhances testing efficiency. The instrument also includes two Lissajous‑type motion trajectories—24 mm × 24 mm and 60.5 mm × 60.5 mm—and a variety of complementary accessories, enabling compliance with multiple test method standards.
This instrument is suitable for testing the pilling and fuzzing of fabrics in accordance with standards such as GB/T 4802.2, ASTM D4970, and ISO 12945‑2. Its principle is as follows: a circular specimen is subjected to friction against another fabric of the same material under a specified pressure, following a Lissajous‑type motion trajectory; after a predetermined number of revolutions, the specimen’s pilling and fuzzing grade is assessed. It is also applicable to tests of fabric abrasion resistance according to standards including GB/T 13775, ASTM D4966, and ISO 12947. The underlying principle is that a circular fabric specimen, under a defined load, undergoes reciprocal friction against a standard abrasive material along a Lissajous‑curve path, resulting in wear and tear; the fabric’s abrasion resistance is expressed as the number of cycles required to cause visible damage to the specimen.

The WSC-300 microcomputer-controlled steel strand stress relaxation testing machine employs servo control technology and computer-based data acquisition and processing, enabling closed-loop control and automated testing. It comprises four main components: the testing frame, the servo control system, the measurement and control system, and the test fixtures. With a maximum test force of 300 kN, the machine achieves an accuracy class better than 0.5.
YLZ-100 Microcomputer-Controlled Electro-Hydraulic Servo Curbstone Flexural Testing Machine
The YLZ-100 concrete curbstone flexural‑compressive testing machine is used to determine the flexural strength and flexural load of linear curbstones with a length of 1000 mm, as well as the compressive strength of curved curbstones and L‑shaped curbstones with a straight cross‑section. In accordance with JC/T 899‑2016 Concrete Curbstones, it can also be employed to conduct experimental studies on the flexural and compressive strengths of other materials.
The microcomputer-controlled high‑ and low‑temperature electronic universal testing machine consists of the testing machine mainframe, fixtures, a high‑ and low‑temperature chamber, and computer software. The temperature chamber is slid into the mainframe; after opening the chamber door, the specimen is secured in the dedicated fixture. The chamber then heats or cools until the specified temperature is reached.
