Product Introduction:

The constant‑temperature water tank is suitable for conducting long‑term hydrostatic pressure tests, instantaneous burst tests, and determining the time to failure of thermoplastic pipes under sustained constant pressure at various temperatures.

Instrument Features

1. The insulation system features an integral, all‑enveloping inner liner; it employs two types of insulating materials, delivering excellent thermal performance and substantial long‑term energy savings. At a water temperature of 95°C, the outer casing remains close to ambient room temperature, significantly enhancing overall equipment safety while reducing power consumption by more than 70%.

2. The piping system employs a recirculating spray‑type design, with the entire pipeline constructed from 304 stainless steel.

3. External (or internal) heater with high heat exchange efficiency; maintenance, inspection, and servicing of the heater can be performed without shutting down the system, ensuring uninterrupted operation of the experiment.

4. The cabinet lid shall open pneumatically, and upon opening, it must accommodate the laboratory’s required workspace.

5. The lid opening angle (opening size) can be set to any position and locked, ensuring reliability, safety, and convenience.

6. The lid is sealed with a silicone rubber gasket, ensuring no gas leakage even at high temperatures.

7. The frame‑box base features a robust structure, high load‑bearing capacity, and excellent resistance to deformation.

8. Stainless steel inner liner, equipped with a stainless steel pump housing and base frame, offering high load-bearing capacity and excellent resistance to deformation.

9. The inner liner is made of 2 mm-thick stainless steel.

10. Insulation layers with a thickness of 85 mm or greater, coupled with measures to minimize thermal bridges (short circuits), ensure energy-efficient insulation.

11. The inner and outer tanks are made of 304 stainless steel.

12. German circulation pump, with a large water tank and a rated circulation capacity of 135 L/min, depending on the tank size.

13. The temperature control system is equipped with a branded leakage protection device to ensure personal safety in a timely manner.

14. The constant-temperature water tank can operate in automatic circulation mode or be connected to an external circulation system.

15. The water tank is equipped with a built-in heating control system, and the pressure inlet ports are customized by the user (e.g., 10 ports).

16. If a refrigeration system is selected (with temperatures adjustable down to 20°C from room temperature), it employs a high‑power industrial compressor refrigeration system.

17. The inner walls of the water tank are equipped with high-pressure ports, each fitted with a high-pressure, high-temperature hose. The high-pressure hose can operate at temperatures up to 95°C.

18. The water tank employs a spray‑type design: a circulation pump draws hot water from the bottom and sprays it downward, creating a continuous循环 that maintains a stable temperature throughout the tank.

19. The temperature control system employs a microprocessor and features an RS‑232 interface, enabling communication with a computer to transmit temperature data in real time and display it on the computer’s user interface.

20. The water tank cover employs a dual-cylinder assisted lifting mechanism, ensuring smooth, safe, and reliable operation.

21. The water tank heating system employs a rear-mounted vertical heating configuration, offering features such as safety and ease of maintenance.
