Product Introduction:

The fully automatic single‑yarn strength tester is computer‑controlled and used to determine the physical properties of individual yarns, including break force, elongation at break, breaking tenacity, rupture time, initial modulus, and work to rupture. It is suitable for a wide range of fibers, such as polyester (PET), polyamide (nylon), polypropylene (PP), cellulose fibers, and other synthetic filaments and textured yarns, as well as cotton yarns—including undyed cotton yarns, air‑jet spun yarns, and ring‑spun yarns—BCF carpet yarns, sewing threads, and other single‑filament yarns.

Product Features:

1. The instrument features automatic yarn clamping, automatic yarn shifting, automatic yarn changing, automatic yarn cutting, automatic tensioning, automatic alarm, and automatic saving of test data and statistical reports.

2. Equipped with a 10.4-inch large touchscreen for intuitive operation, the device offers straightforward controls, clearer displays, and an enhanced user experience. The touchscreen features a built-in 26-key Chinese–English input method and allows direct configuration of operator name, specimen name, batch number, test standards, temperature, humidity, clamping length, tensile speed, pre‑tension, number of test tubes, number of tests, linear density, and test force units (CN/N), among other parameters. All settings remain synchronized with the PC software. Upon completion of a test, the touchscreen instantly displays the current number of test tubes, the total number of tests performed, the measured breaking strength, and other relevant data. Additionally, users can stop or pause the test at any time, providing greater operational flexibility.

3. The pre‑tension is applied automatically, determined by the product of the specimen’s linear density (denier) and the pre‑tension coefficient.

4. Users can easily perform routine maintenance or calibration of the instrument using the instruction manual and the touchscreen, and independently calibrate the load cell, clamping length, tensile speed, and the number of yarn guide tubes.

5. Equipped with big data analytics capabilities, it can generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports, enabling customers to effectively manage product quality.

6. This instrument offers high measurement accuracy and excellent repeatability, minimizes human error, reduces labor requirements, and significantly enhances work efficiency.

7. The clamping method employs pneumatic clamping, ensuring no damage to the sample under test.

8. It employs an AC servo drive system, providing constant torque, smooth transmission, high speed, and high efficiency.

9. Yarn‑feeding displacement is driven by a stepper motor and a lead screw, offering high positioning accuracy and excellent repeatability.

10. Equipped with a high-precision load cell, ensuring accurate test data;

11. The yarn‑feeding rack can hold 20 tubes of samples awaiting analysis simultaneously, and sample exchange is achieved by motorized linear motion control.

12. Use a pneumatic cutter to sever the current sample being tested before switching to the next tube for analysis.

13. The robotic arm uses compressed air to actuate pneumatic cylinders, enabling its motion and facilitating the automated gripping of samples.

14. This machine employs pneumatic upper and lower clamps; cylinder motion is controlled by compressed air to drive the upper and lower chucks, which are used to hold the test specimen and apply tensile force.

15. This machine is equipped with a waste filament storage bin; during operation, waste filaments are conveyed through the suction tube and collected in the storage bin.

16. This unit is equipped with a built-in pneumatic pressure gauge that displays the compressed air pressure. It also features a pressure-regulating valve: pulling the valve out allows you to adjust the compressed air pressure, while pushing it in locks it in place.
