Description
Product Introduction:
It is used to determine the breaking strength, initial modulus, elongation at break, load at a specified elongation, elongation under a specified load, creep, and other parameters of individual fibers.
Product Features:
1. Employs microcomputer control and supports online communication.
2. A high-precision, high-speed force measurement system is employed, ensuring highly accurate test data.
3. A pneumatically actuated gripper developed in-house provides a constant clamping force, ensuring stable specimen holding and tight contact between the gripping surfaces, thereby preventing specimen damage or slippage during testing.
4. It employs high-precision ball screws and high-performance stepper motors from internationally renowned brands to form a low-noise, smooth drive system.
5. Connect directly to a computer via the high-speed USB port, providing detailed on‑board historical data, reports, graphs, and database creation.
6. Large-screen LCD with a Chinese-language menu display, an intelligent interface, and human–machine interactive operation; outputs Chinese-language reports and graphical curves via printer.
7. It can store 300 sets of test data and features power-off data retention.
8. The operating area is equipped with soft‑light LED illumination, facilitating sample collection and testing by laboratory personnel.

YLZ-100 Microcomputer-Controlled Electro-Hydraulic Servo Curbstone Flexural Testing Machine
The YLZ-100 concrete curbstone flexural‑compressive testing machine is used to determine the flexural strength and flexural load of linear curbstones with a length of 1000 mm, as well as the compressive strength of curved curbstones and L‑shaped curbstones with a straight cross‑section. In accordance with JC/T 899‑2016 Concrete Curbstones, it can also be employed to conduct experimental studies on the flexural and compressive strengths of other materials.
The microcomputer-controlled high‑ and low‑temperature electronic universal testing machine consists of the testing machine mainframe, fixtures, a high‑ and low‑temperature chamber, and computer software. The temperature chamber is slid into the mainframe; after opening the chamber door, the specimen is secured in the dedicated fixture. The chamber then heats or cools until the specified temperature is reached.
