Product Introduction:

It is used in the textile, knitwear, leather, electroplated metal sheet, and printing industries for assessing colorfastness to rubbing.

Reference standard:

It complies with commonly used test standards such as GB/T 5712 and GB/T 3920, and is capable of performing both dry and wet friction tests.

Product Features:

1. The electrical control cabinet is finished with a metal powder-coating process, and the pull rod, counterweight block, and grinding table are all manufactured from 304 stainless steel.

2. The grinding head is made of imported special aluminum alloy, which is resistant to deformation.

3. Imported special aluminum brushed panel, elegant and stylish;

4. Stainless steel metal buttons, offering responsive operation and enhanced durability;

5. Equipped with a newly developed touch-screen interface, it features automatic zeroing upon startup (resetting to the previous value) and delivers highly accurate counting.

6. The transmission and gliding mechanism employs imported linear slides and a standard (speed-regulated) motor, ensuring smooth operation with no vibration.

7. The base is finished with a metal powder-coating process (its length is guaranteed to be no shorter than the position when the water tray is centered).

8. The sample-loading handwheel is made of a plastic die-cast component, offering excellent friction and preventing slippage.

9. Rust‑proof material for the small calender rollers (the drive roller is made of 304 stainless steel, the idler roller is copper with bearings, and the support frame is made of special aluminum), ensuring that the moisture content of the colored cotton cloth remains between 95% and 100% after ten passes.

10. After being clamped with stainless steel plate screws, the sandpaper surface shall be flat and free of looseness.
