Product Introduction:

It is used for determining the twist, twist unevenness, and twist contraction of various yarns, including cotton, wool, silk, and synthetic fibers, as well as rovings and plied yarns. Conforms to the following standards:

GB/T 2543.1-2015, GB/T 2543.2-2001, FZ/T 10001, ISO 2061, ASTM D1422, JIS L1095

Product Features:

1. Equipped with a touch-screen interface, it automatically processes data, displays results, and supports print output; its key features include accuracy, stability, and reliability, enabling precise measurement of yarn‑related technical parameters.

2. Connect to a computer for enhanced analytical capabilities and long-term data storage.

3. It employs an imported dedicated clock circuit that stores the year, month, day, hour, minute, and second, with the date and time automatically recorded on reports during printing.

4. The yarn gripper is driven directly by a motor to rotate, with stepless speed regulation, and is equipped with a tachometer for accurate measurement of its rotational speed.

5. The CPU can automatically determine the rotational direction of the yarn gripper and perform automatic counting, with a resolution of 1/10 twist.

Test Method

There are four test methods in total.

F0: Direct Counting Method

F1: Single-Step Twisting and Untwisting Method (Method A)

F2: Twist-Relief-Twist Method, Method B (relieve 1/4 twist)

F3: Triple Twist-and-Twist Method

Test data output method

A. Display Output: The device features a touch-screen display that shows the number of test cycles, the twist value for each cycle, the twist factor, and eight statistical parameters.

B. Print Output: This unit can be connected to an LQ-380 printer, enabling the recording of test time and conditions, as well as the printing of single‑cycle twist values, twist coefficients, and eight statistical parameters.
