Product Introduction:
It is used for determining the pH of extract solutions obtained after sampling and extraction processes applied to textiles and leather products. With the exception of preparing the extract solution and positioning the samples, all other steps are performed automatically by the instrument.
Product Features:
1. The instrument features a compact design (L: 780 mm × W: 425 mm × H: 455 mm), with one-touch start-up and simple operation.
2. With a 40-station design, the instrument’s operational efficiency is significantly enhanced, meeting the needs of the vast majority of customers.
3. Pallet-based design significantly enhances test‑changeover efficiency. Standard configuration: two pallets.
4. Automatically tests each sample at every workstation, eliminating the traditional manual process of repeatedly holding a pH‑meter electrode to measure samples and manually recording raw data. Test results are calculated and interpreted automatically.
5. Equipped with built-in pH electrode cleaning and drying functions, significantly reducing cross-contamination caused by manual handling.
6. Automatic waste liquid recovery;
7. Real-time data transmission ensures data reliability and stability, eliminating errors caused by manual recording.
8. All raw data and experimental information can be stored in this system for the long term, ensuring the traceability of experiments.
9. It can store 1,200 sets of measurement data, which can be freely reviewed, deleted, printed, and recorded. Data can also be exported to Excel for opening and editing, and the report format and statistical methods can be customized to meet user requirements and applicable standards.
10. Features a touch-screen display for parameter setting and operation; the display brightness is adjustable, and the interface adopts a flat, user-friendly design. Combined with a capacitive touch screen, information is presented in a highly visual format, making it readily accessible at your fingertips.
