Product Introduction
This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the latest international standards and GB specifications, serving as a testing device for nonmetallic materials. It is primarily used to determine the heat distortion temperature and the Vicat softening point of plastics, hard rubber, nylon, electrical insulating materials, long‑fiber‑reinforced composites, high‑strength thermosetting laminates, and other nonmetallic materials. Featuring microcomputer control, it offers convenient operation and precise regulation, making it an intelligent testing instrument widely employed in colleges and universities, research institutions, and product quality inspection agencies. Equipped with PID phase‑modulated output, it includes an upper‑limit temperature setting and automatically ceases heating when the set temperature is reached.
Implementation Standard:
Complies with the requirements of standards such as JTGE50, GB/T 1633, GB/T 8802, GB/T 1634, ISO 2507, ISO 75, ISO 306, ASTM D1525, and ASTM D648.
