Description

Product Introduction:

It is used to test the abrasion resistance of fabrics, leathers, and synthetic leathers, providing reference for fabric improvement.

Working principle:

A strip-shaped fabric specimen is mounted between the front and rear clamps of the friction head and subjected to a specified tensile force. Friction media are placed on the arc-shaped friction table, bringing the specimen into contact with the media and applying a defined load to the specimen. The friction table oscillates back and forth to rub the specimen; after a predetermined number of cycles, the change in the specimen’s breaking strength is evaluated.
