1. The cabinet is constructed from high-quality cold-rolled steel sheet, with an electrostatic powder-coated finish that provides a hard, durable coating and excellent rust resistance.

2. The worktop is made of high-quality stainless steel, featuring rounded corners, a smooth and streamlined design, and easy cleaning.

3. A layer of fine glass wool insulation is installed between the cabinet body and the working chamber, providing excellent thermal insulation to ensure stable and accurate internal temperatures while minimizing the impact on the surrounding environment.

4. The chamber door features a double-layer tempered glass construction, allowing clear observation of the heated items inside while providing excellent thermal insulation. This effectively prevents burns to operators.

5. A heat-resistant rubber sealing ring is installed between the chamber and the glass door to ensure a high degree of vacuum inside the chamber.

6. The heater is mounted on the outer surface of the chamber to maximize internal temperature and facilitate interior cleaning.

7. Temperature control is implemented using microcomputer‑based intelligent digital technology, featuring industrial‑grade PID auto‑tuning and a four‑digit dual‑LED display. It offers high temperature‑control accuracy, strong anti‑interference performance, and exceptionally user‑friendly operation.
