Description
Product Introduction:
Used for various textiles, nonwovens, leathers, and other materials, this method measures the expansion force and expansion ratio when the material is subjected to simultaneous tensile stress in both the warp and weft directions as well as in all other directions (hydraulic elastic diaphragm method). The specimen is clamped onto an extensible diaphragm, and liquid pressure is applied beneath the diaphragm to cause it and the specimen to expand. The liquid volume is increased at a constant rate until the specimen ruptures, at which point the burst strength and burst expansion are determined.
Reference standard:
GB/T7742.1, FZ/T60019, ISO2960, ISO13938.1-04, ASTM D3786, JIS 1018.6.17
Product Features:
1. High-definition color touchscreen interface
2. It can be operated standalone or connected to a computer.
3. The test pressure plate and collection tray shall be fabricated from corrosion-resistant materials.
4. The test enclosure is made of imported, high-transmittance POM material and features built-in LED illumination, enabling all‑round observation of the specimen during testing.
5. 32-bit processor; 24-bit high-speed analog-to-digital conversion chip
6. Laser displacement sensor for measuring displacement changes
7. Waste liquid collection device to prevent instrument leakage and contamination.
8. The instrument features overload protection and an automatic burst‑sensing system, ensuring sensitive and reliable operation; it also includes over‑range and over‑extension protection.
9. Built-in thermal printer
Technical Specifications:
| Parameter Category | Parameter content |
| Measurement range | 0.05–6 MPa ±1%, accuracy: 0.1% FS, resolution: 0.01 kPa |
| Elastic diaphragm size | Outer diameter Φ140mm, thickness: less than 2mm |
| Test area | 7.3 cm², 50 cm², 10 cm², 100 cm² (optional) |
| Maximum expansion degree | 70±0.5 mm (minimum graduation: 0.02 mm) |
| Pressurization rate | (100–500) mL/min digital setting |
| Hydraulic fluid | 85% glycerol (glycerin) or other non‑corrosive, moderately viscous liquids; if glycerol is used, it will absorb moisture from the air over time, causing its concentration to decrease, at which point the glycerol should be replaced. |
| Working air source | ≥0.4 MPa (when operating at higher pressure, appropriately increase the air supply pressure to clamp the specimen) |
| Output format | Touchscreen display, thermal printing, and online communication (compatible with other printers for report printing) |
| Power Supply and Power | 1 kW, AC 220 V ± 10%, 50 Hz |
| External dimensions | 560 mm × 560 mm × 790 mm (Length × Width × Height) |
| Weight | Approximately 190 kg |
