Product Introduction:

It is used for various chemical experiments in the textile industry, such as automated sample cutting during pre‑treatment processes for formaldehyde, pH, and content analysis. This system enables automation, replacing manual labor, and is suitable for a wide range of flexible sheet materials, including knitted fabrics, woven textiles, leather, and plastics.

Product Features:

1. When preparing fabric‑cut samples, the specimen rotates automatically, with no manual intervention required throughout the process, enabling fully automated and safe sample collection.

2. Rapid, large-scale preparation of fabric‑cutting samples. Each sample‑preparation cycle takes ≤15 seconds, and up to 256 fabric‑cutting specimens can be produced in a single run.

3. The integrated sample preparation workstation, in conjunction with die-cutting molds, can produce samples of various dimensions and sizes.

4. Two operating modes, suitable for the preparation of different sample types.

5. Fivefold safety protection: dual‑hand push-button switch, infrared sensor, lower platen position‑sensing safeguard, soft‑touch screen control, and emergency stop button.

6. The pressurization rate, duration, and lower platen rotation angle (0–180°) are adjustable, accommodating diverse sample preparation requirements.

8. Equipped with a dedicated die-cutting tool and an automatic sample‑cutting separation mechanism; the sample is automatically released upon completion of cutting.

9. The entire die-cutting mold is equipped with a metal base, featuring an all-metal construction that is sturdy and durable.

10. The blade is encased in a rigid, elastic material, allowing the die‑cutting tool to be used effortlessly without risking cuts to the operator.

11. A 7-inch color touchscreen provides a clear, at-a-glance view of the operating status.
