Product Introduction

It is primarily used for conducting waterproof performance tests and IP‑rated waterproofness assessments on textile garments, communication devices, and automotive components—including insulating gloves, rearview mirrors, car audio systems, automotive electronics, vehicle lighting, automotive lamps, motorcycle lamps, and motorcycle rearview mirrors—as well as outdoor lighting and signaling devices.

Equipment Structure:

The inner chamber of the waterproof test chamber is constructed from SUS304 stainless steel, and the water tank is also made of SUS304 stainless steel, featuring low‑water and full‑water level indicators. The spray pipes are fabricated from seamless stainless steel, while the turntable is made of stainless steel. The spray nozzles are detachable and come with plugs, allowing users to easily replace them according to the required number of spray holes specified in the relevant standards. The chamber door is a single‑leaf, left‑hand opening type, equipped with a large observation window and a wiper blade. This box‑type rain‑test chamber, along with its waterproof test equipment, complies with the following standards: GB 4208, IEC 60529, GJB 150, and GB 10485—covering IPX4 and IPX3 ratings.

Box structure:
