The mask breathing resistance tester is used to measure the inhalation and exhalation resistance of respirators and mask-type protective equipment under specified conditions. Product Features:

1. The instrument consists of an air source with adjustable flow, a human head model conforming to standard specifications, two separate tubing systems for inhalation and exhalation, and a respiratory resistance measurement system, among other components.

2. The flow sensor features high sensitivity and a very low start-up flow rate.

3. The flow sensor chip employs a thermal mass flow meter, eliminating the need for temperature and pressure compensation and ensuring high‑accuracy measurement.

4. Multiple sensors are integrated onto a single flow‑sensor chip, significantly increasing the sensor’s span ratio.

5. The flow sensor exhibits excellent zero-point stability, high full-scale stability, high accuracy across the entire measurement range, and outstanding repeatability, while also featuring low power consumption, minimal pressure loss, and rapid response.

6. The data logger features a 128×64 graphical dot-matrix LCD with a fully Chinese-language interface, ensuring convenient operation.

7. The data logger is equipped with 4 MB of memory for recording measurement values.

8. The micro‑manometer sensor employs a two‑wire configuration, offering high accuracy and excellent stability; its explosion‑proof design ensures safe and reliable operation.

9. The micro‑manometer sensor features a continuously adjustable range and zero point, adjustable damping, and no mechanical moving parts, resulting in minimal maintenance requirements.

10. The entire instrument employs a specialized gas‑path switching component, ensuring convenient and rapid switching between the expiratory and inspiratory tubing systems.
