Product Introduction
Manufactured in accordance with the test method specified in GBT 18042 for determining the creep ratio of thermoplastic pipes, it is primarily used to measure the creep ratio of plastic pipes such as PE double‑wall corrugated pipes and helically wound structural wall pipes. A stepper motor serves as the drive unit; after deceleration via an arcuate synchronous belt and a corresponding pulley system, the motion is transmitted to a ball screw assembly to apply the load, thereby completing the creep‑performance testing of the specimen.
Equipped with a stable loading and testing system, this equipment enables convenient and accurate determination of the long-term creep ratio for various types of piping, making it an essential tool for testing laboratories, research institutes, and large and medium-sized enterprises.
