Product Introduction:

This equipment is suitable for the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, hospital, and chemical industries, where it can be used to ozone‑dry molds, construction materials, packaging materials, workwear, containers, and more. It can replace ultraviolet irradiation and high‑temperature, high‑pressure sterilization.

Working principle:

1. A self‑cleaning work space is created by the recirculating airflow within the double‑walled cabinet; ozone generated by the ozone generator is delivered via a dedicated channel into the sealed chamber to disinfect and sterilize the items inside.

2. Ozone is a powerful oxidizing agent that can directly interact with cells and viruses, disrupting their organelles and DNA/RNA, thereby impairing cellular metabolism and leading to bacterial death.

Technical features:

1. Material: Inner liner—SUS304 stainless steel; outer shell—cold-rolled steel sheet with electrostatic powder coating, color in the 9003 white shade.

2. The instrument features a 4.3-inch large touchscreen display, offering simple on-screen operation with no need for keypad input; function buttons are activated by direct touch‑to‑select options.

3. PLC color touchscreen interface system and PID intelligent digital display module, enabling direct input, display, and control of temperature, gas flow rate, cycle timing, and operating duration, with over-temperature alarm and protection.

4. The set temperature and the current temperature are displayed simultaneously; heating, alarm, timing, and fuzzy control are supported.

5. The ozone generator is installed inside the electrical cabinet at the top of the oven. An exhaust duct delivers ozone into the oven’s internal chamber, where an internal blower ensures circulation to every corner, eliminating dead zones. Ozone delivery is controlled via a timed, intermittent cycling mode.

6. Door Type: Single-door design, with a large-view observation window on the door.

7. Door Seal Material: The tightness of the door closure is adjustable, and the door seal is a one-piece, molded silicone rubber gasket imported from Japan, ensuring excellent sealing performance.

8. Insulation material: Filled with high-temperature, fire-resistant aluminosilicate fiber, rated for 400°C; filling thickness is 80–100 mm, entirely hand‑filled to ensure no heat loss to the exterior.

Equipment operating environment requirements:

1. Optimal ambient temperature: 5–35°C.

2. Relative humidity: ≤85% RH.

3. Atmospheric pressure: 86–106 kPa.

4. There should be no strong vibrations in the surrounding area.

5. Avoid direct sunlight or direct radiation from other heat sources.

6. There shall be no strong air currents in the vicinity; when forced ventilation is required, the airflow shall not be directed directly onto the enclosure.

7. There should be no strong electromagnetic fields in the vicinity.

8. The surrounding environment shall be free of high-concentration dust and corrosive substances.

9. The venue is well-ventilated.

10. At least one clear passage of ≥600 mm shall be provided around the equipment.

11. At the equipment’s door opening, sufficient clearance must be provided to allow the door to open and close freely; furthermore, no other objects shall be positioned directly in front of the door.
