1. Vacuum Process Control:

Vacuum drying oven process control enables programmed vacuum cycling: simply set the desired high and low vacuum levels to further reduce drying time. For example, you can program a cycle with a minimum vacuum of 50 Pa, a maximum vacuum of 99 kPa, and six cycles. With each successive cycle, humidity decreases steadily, significantly accelerating the drying rate; the maximum number of cycles can be set up to 99.

2. Loop program control function:

A user-friendly interface and intuitive programming software save customers time, enabling controllable heating or drying processes to be directly programmed on the control panel. The system supports up to 30 pre‑set programs, with each program configurable for 1 to 9,999 minutes, and allows users to preset start-up and shut-down times.

3. Vacuum Level Control:

The vacuum drying oven employs digital technology to control vacuum levels—manual adjustment is a thing of the past. Do you really still believe that, in the 21st century, manually operating lever‑type valves can deliver precise vacuum control? Instead, it uses a digital vacuum gauge to automatically regulate vacuum, providing more accurate and reliable vacuum management. Via the control panel, you can easily set the vacuum level anywhere within the range of 10–105 Pa (with a minimum achievable vacuum of 133 Pa), with zone‑ or point‑to‑point control accuracy of ±1%. The vacuum gauge incorporates a resistive silicon pressure sensor, ensuring stable readings that are unaffected by airflow and transmitting these consistent pressure values to the LED display.

4. Temperature Control Advantages:

It features 7 temperature‑programmable segments with a total of 63 steps, supports conventional program‑control mode, and allows users to set both the target temperature and the dwell time. The DZF‑SH model further incorporates a ramp‑mode program control, enabling users to define temperature‑time‑temperature profiles that specify the exact duration required to increase or decrease from one temperature to another, thereby achieving precise control over the heating or cooling rate. This ensures that every phase of your temperature experiment—whether heating, holding at a constant temperature, or cooling—is fully controllable.
