Description

Product Introduction:

Suitable for accelerated aging and lifetime testing of electronic connectors, semiconductor ICs, transistors, diodes, LCDs, chip resistors and capacitors, and other electronic components prior to solderability tests; also applicable to oxidation testing of semiconductor devices, passive components, and component leads. Equipped with a microcomputer temperature controller, LED digital display, PID+SSR control, platinum resistance temperature sensor (PT‑100), 0.1°C resolution, and fully automatic safety protection features.

Product Features:

1: Inner cabinet material: Made of SUS304 stainless steel.
2: Water Level Control: Equipped with an internal stainless steel water tank, it allows for manual refilling or connection to an external tap. When the water level drops, the instrument can automatically or manually replenish water, ensuring uninterrupted operation. 3: Temperature control by Omron from Japan, featuring PID regulation and SSR output, delivering more precise temperature control and enhanced reliability under high-temperature conditions.
4: Timer: Offers versatile settings (can be set to seconds, minutes–seconds, minutes, or hours–minutes) and features power‑outage memory. After a power outage, the timer resumes operation at the preset time when power is restored.
5: Employs a comprehensive diagnostic system; when a fault occurs, an indicator light illuminates, enabling operators to promptly assess the equipment’s status.
6: Heating System: The heating element is made of titanium tubing, which is highly resistant to corrosion and offers a longer service life.
7: High-stability platinum probe, with reduced measurement error.
