Product Introduction:

The DZF series vacuum drying ovens, built on high‑temperature drying, incorporate a vacuum environment that significantly lowers the boiling point and vapor pressure, providing a dust‑free, vortex‑free drying process and a gentle operating environment. This also facilitates the easy collection, discharge, or reuse of solvent vapors. Furthermore, storage, heating, testing, and drying are all conducted in an oxygen‑free or inert‑gas‑purged atmosphere, thereby minimizing oxidation of the test samples.

The rectangular studio maximizes its usable volume.

A single‑use, high‑temperature‑resistant silicone rubber door seal, integrally molded in one piece, is installed between the chamber and the glass door to ensure an effective seal and maintain a high vacuum level inside the chamber.

Locking-type elastic adjustment door lock, ensuring excellent vacuum integrity.

The enclosure is constructed from high-quality cold-rolled steel sheet, with an electrostatic powder-coated finish that delivers a hard, durable coating and excellent rust resistance.

The workstation is constructed from premium stainless steel, featuring rounded corners, a smooth and streamlined design, and easy-to-clean surfaces.

Between the cabinet and the working chamber, a high‑temperature‑resistant, fire‑proof aluminosilicate insulation material is filled, providing excellent thermal insulation and effectively ensuring stable, accurate internal temperatures while minimizing environmental influences.

The chamber door features a double-layer tempered glass construction, allowing clear observation of the heated items inside while providing excellent thermal insulation. This effectively prevents burns to operators.

The heater is mounted on the outer surface of the chamber to maximize temperature uniformity within the enclosure and facilitate interior cleaning.

Temperature control is implemented using microcomputer-based intelligent digital technology, featuring industrial‑grade PID auto‑tuning and a four‑digit dual‑LED display.
