Description
Product Introduction:
Designed and manufactured in accordance with relevant helmet standards, it is primarily used for abrasion‑resistance testing of visors on motorcycle helmets, electric bicycle helmets, sports helmets, and similar headgear. It is widely employed by manufacturers, R&D departments, and quality‑control agencies involved in the production of motorcycle, electric bicycle, and sports helmets. It can also be applied to visor abrasion‑resistance testing for other types of helmets, such as rescue helmets, firefighting helmets, ski helmets, and military/police helmets.
Parameter standards:
GB811-2022, GB24429-2009, GB/T 38305, GJB1564A, GA/T44, GA293, GA294, GA295, GA296
Product Features:
1. The speed controller allows adjustment of the sample speed and displays it in real time.
2. The sand‑fall gravity pipe consists of three sections made of acrylic or stainless steel.
3. Conical sand‑collection storage opening for convenient sand collection.
4. The sand‑fall gravity pipe is equipped with two standard mesh screens, facilitating uniform dispersion of the falling sand.
5. The equipment features a conical bottom design and a low discharge pan, facilitating the collection of sand that falls off.
6. One bag of standard quartz sand is included.
7. The manual lifting device can discharge quartz sand along the guide rail into the sand‑fall hopper.
8. 304 stainless steel sand‑fall funnel with excellent wear resistance, featuring a copper‑zinc alloy nozzle at the base.
9. After the abrasion test, transmittance and haze tests must be performed; these require separate configuration.

YLZ-100 Microcomputer-Controlled Electro-Hydraulic Servo Curbstone Flexural Testing Machine
The YLZ-100 concrete curbstone flexural‑compressive testing machine is used to determine the flexural strength and flexural load of linear curbstones with a length of 1000 mm, as well as the compressive strength of curved curbstones and L‑shaped curbstones with a straight cross‑section. In accordance with JC/T 899‑2016 Concrete Curbstones, it can also be employed to conduct experimental studies on the flexural and compressive strengths of other materials.
The microcomputer-controlled high‑ and low‑temperature electronic universal testing machine consists of the testing machine mainframe, fixtures, a high‑ and low‑temperature chamber, and computer software. The temperature chamber is slid into the mainframe; after opening the chamber door, the specimen is secured in the dedicated fixture. The chamber then heats or cools until the specified temperature is reached.
