Description

Product Introduction

This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with international standards and GB specifications, serving as a testing device for nonmetallic materials. It is primarily used to determine the heat distortion temperature and Vicat softening point of geosynthetic materials, plastics, hard rubber, nylon, electrical insulating materials, long‑fiber‑reinforced composites, high‑strength thermosetting laminates, and other nonmetallic substances. Featuring user‑friendly operation and precise control, it is an intelligent testing apparatus widely employed in colleges and universities, research institutions, and product quality inspection agencies. Equipped with PID phase‑modulated output and an upper‑limit temperature setting, the instrument automatically ceases heating when the set maximum temperature is reached.

Implementation Standard:

Complies with the requirements of standards including JTG 3460-2026 “Test Procedures for Geosynthetics in Highway Engineering,” GB/T 1633, GB/T 8802, GB/T 1634, ISO 2507, ISO 75, ISO 306, ASTM D1525, and ASTM D648.
