Description
Product Introduction:
Designed and manufactured in accordance with relevant helmet standards, it is primarily used for stability testing of retention systems in motorcycle helmets, electric bicycle helmets, sports helmets, and similar headgear. It is widely employed by manufacturers, R&D institutions, and quality‑control agencies involved in the production of these helmets. It can also be applied to stability tests of retention systems for other types of helmets, such as rescue helmets, firefighting helmets, ski helmets, and military/police helmets.
Parameter standards:
GB811-2022, GB24429-2009, GB/T 38305, GJB1564A, GA/T44, GA293, GA294, GA295, GA296
Product Features:
1. It consists of a structural frame, a head mold, weights, a sliding‑table assembly for driving the motion fixture, a release mechanism, a PLC control cabinet, and other components.
2. PLC touch-screen operation and control; all relevant operations can be performed via the touch screen.
3. The drop height can be set directly on the touch screen; when the set height is reached, the system stops automatically.
4. The drop height is automatically acquired and processed by an encoder, with the height displayed in real time on the touch screen.
5. The screw‑fastened headform attachment allows for easy replacement of the headform, facilitating testing with helmets of various sizes.
6. The attraction and release of the weight mechanism is electrically controlled and operated via a touch screen.
7. The weight‑moving mechanism employs dual electric control via a PLC touch screen and a manual handle.
8. The elastic bands and steel cables can be replaced independently.
9. Configure an angle-measuring instrument to measure the rotation angle after testing.
10. Specifications and helmet configurations may vary slightly; the actual configuration shall be subject to the procurement details.

The WSC-300 microcomputer-controlled steel strand stress relaxation testing machine employs servo control technology and computer-based data acquisition and processing, enabling closed-loop control and automated testing. It comprises four main components: the testing frame, the servo control system, the measurement and control system, and the test fixtures. With a maximum test force of 300 kN, the machine achieves an accuracy class better than 0.5.
YLZ-100 Microcomputer-Controlled Electro-Hydraulic Servo Curbstone Flexural Testing Machine
The YLZ-100 concrete curbstone flexural‑compressive testing machine is used to determine the flexural strength and flexural load of linear curbstones with a length of 1000 mm, as well as the compressive strength of curved curbstones and L‑shaped curbstones with a straight cross‑section. In accordance with JC/T 899‑2016 Concrete Curbstones, it can also be employed to conduct experimental studies on the flexural and compressive strengths of other materials.
The microcomputer-controlled high‑ and low‑temperature electronic universal testing machine consists of the testing machine mainframe, fixtures, a high‑ and low‑temperature chamber, and computer software. The temperature chamber is slid into the mainframe; after opening the chamber door, the specimen is secured in the dedicated fixture. The chamber then heats or cools until the specified temperature is reached.
