Description
Product Introduction:
The ring‑type clamp for determining the puncture resistance of geotextiles is used to measure the puncture strength of geotextiles, geomembranes, and similar materials. It complies with the requirements of GB/T 17643 “Geosynthetics—Polyethylene Geomembranes,” CJ/T 234 “High‑Density Polyethylene Geomembranes for Landfills,” and JTG 3460‑2026 “Test Procedures for Geosynthetics in Highway Engineering.” Test specifications include: meeting the performance criteria of a Class I testing machine; providing constant‑rate loading capability with adjustable loading rates; enabling measurement and recording of both load and displacement during the test; generating a load–displacement curve; offering a stroke greater than 100 mm; and achieving a loading rate of 300 mm/min ± 10 mm/min.
Technical Specifications:
1. Flat-top rod: diameter 8 mm ± 0.01 mm, with a 0.5 mm × 45° chamfer at the top edge.
2. Disc dimensions: inner diameter 45 mm, outer diameter 100 mm
3. External dimensions: 100 × 100 × 210 mm
