Product Introduction:

It is used to determine the tensile properties of geosynthetic materials and is suitable for geotextiles, geogrids, geotapes, and geocomposites, among other related products. Reference standards include GB/T 3923.1 “Textiles — Tensile Properties of Fabrics — Part 1: Determination of Breaking Force and Elongation at Break (Strip Method)”, ISO 4606:1995, ASTM D5035‑2011, and the “Test Procedures for Geosynthetics in Highway Engineering” JTG 3460‑2026.

Scope of Use	It is used to determine the tensile properties of geosynthetic materials and is suitable for assessing the tensile performance of geotextiles, geogrids, geotapes, geocomposites, textiles, and other related products.
Fixture Specifications	The clamp has dimensions of 30 mm in height and 55 mm in width, capable of gripping specimens up to 8 mm thick. Its serrated profile features large R3‑type corrugations. Reference: GB/T 3923.1-2013 , ISO 4606:1995, ASTM D5035-2011, JTG 3460-2026
Optional connector (customizable)	Optional Type A or Type B connector: A connector, shaft outer diameter 20 mm, length 30 mm (with lock nut) B‑type connector: inner bore 20 mm, depth 30 mm; pin hole diameter 10 mm, with the center of the pin hole located at the connector. End-face distance: 14.5 mm.
Remarks	When no connector is attached, the clamp body has an M12 internal thread.
Test Procedure	Select the load range of the testing machine so that the tensile force falls within 10% to 90% of the full-scale load. Set the testing machine’s crosshead speed to 20% of the gauge length per minute, with a tolerance of ±5% per minute.
