Product Introduction:

Manufactured in accordance with relevant standards, it is primarily used for the pre‑conditioning of masks and respirators to assess their mechanical strength under specified conditions. It is suitable for mask and respirator manufacturers, quality‑control agencies, research institutions, and organizations involved in the use and wearing of these products.

Product Features:

1. The apparatus consists of a steel housing for holding the sample, a steel platform, a cam and its drive mechanism, and a control system.

2. The steel housing is mounted on a vertically adjustable support; by rotating the cam, the housing is lifted by 20 mm (corresponding to a cam amplitude of 20 mm ± 1.5%), after which it falls under its own weight onto a steel platform, thereby generating a single vibration cycle.

3. The steel enclosure shall weigh more than 10 kg, and the steel platform shall weigh at least ten times as much as the steel enclosure.

4. Place the samples laterally within the steel enclosure, ensuring that they do not come into contact with one another during testing; a horizontal clearance of 6 mm and sufficient vertical free movement shall be provided.

5. The test duration can be set manually; the test will automatically stop when the set time is reached.
