This equipment is suitable for applications such as high‑temperature baking, thermal drying, low‑vacuum sealing tests, oxygen‑free treatment, high‑temperature stress relief, and high‑temperature curing in industries including aerospace, automotive, industrial and mining enterprises, home appliances, laboratories, research institutions, and colleges and universities.
Product Features:
Vacuum degree measurement method: digital display of vacuum pressure (absolute‑type diffused silicon pressure sensor).
Temperature Controller: High-precision microcomputer‑based PLC temperature controller, featuring stepped temperature and pressure control with up to 100 segments and 100 cycle‑program settings. It employs PID control combined with empirical fuzzy logic, ensuring precise temperature regulation and allowing arbitrary setting of operating temperatures. The unit also includes data logging and storage, USB data export functionality, fault alarm and diagnostic query capabilities, as well as the ability to view temperature, pressure, and time‑history curves.
Enclosure material: 1. Made of high-quality A3 cold-rolled steel sheet with a thickness of 1.5 mm, welded to a 150×100×80 mm channel steel frame, and finished with an electrostatic powder coating. 2. The equipment control cabinet door and the side doors at the bottom are fitted with louvered hinge‑type latch mechanisms for easy opening.
Inner liner material: high-quality SUS304 stainless steel sheet, 3.0–4.0 mm thick, with a brushed finish; fully welded internally and finished with a polished surface.
Door sealing materials: 1. The tightness of the door closure is adjustable; a one-piece, Japan‑imported O‑ring silicone rubber seal ensures high vacuum inside the chamber, and the seal incorporates a water‑cooling feature. 2. The seal is mounted flush with the door surface using a stainless‑steel recessed‑groove design, minimizing corrosion of the seal by cavity fluids.
Insulation layer material: high-temperature-resistant ceramic aluminum silicate fiber blanket.
Safety features: independent over-temperature alarm with automatic cutoff of the heating power supply, leakage protection, vacuum pump overheating and overload protection, compressor overheating and overload protection, phase-sequence protector, grounding protection, and other safeguards.
