Product Introduction:
This series of resistance furnaces is of the batch‑type design, intended for laboratory use, as well as for heat treatment of bar and structural steel components in industrial and mining enterprises and research institutions, and for sintering, melting, analysis, and high‑temperature heating of metallic and ceramic materials.
Optional: Intelligent, programmable temperature controller.
Product Features:
The furnace body is fabricated by welding high‑quality steel plates, with an electrostatic powder‑coating finish. The furnace chamber is lined with high‑temperature refractory materials sintered to form a durable lining, while insulating material is packed between the chamber and the outer shell. Heating is provided by silicon‑carbide rods; when used in conjunction with a controller, the system can measure, display, and regulate temperature, maintaining a constant internal temperature. Temperature resolution: 0.1°C; temperature fluctuation: ±1°C.
