Description
Purpose:
This instrument is suitable for use in factories, mines, and scientific research institutions, and can be employed for baking, drying, heat treatment, and other applications.
Structural Overview:
The instrument cabinet is constructed from angle steel and steel plates. The space between the outer shell and the working chamber is filled with fiberglass insulation. Electric heaters are installed in the lower air duct of the working chamber, where a centrifugal fan forces convection of hot and cold air, ensuring uniform temperature throughout the chamber. Contaminated gases are exhausted through a vent at the top of the cabinet.
The electric heater, motor, electronic control, and other components in this enclosure can operate continuously.

Instructions:
1. The user must install a knife switch or an air circuit breaker. Before installation, inspect the power supply components for any damage and verify that the enclosure’s grounding connection is secure. When connecting the power cables, attach the red wire to the phase conductor, the white wire to the neutral conductor, and the black or green wire to the protective earth or neutral conductor.
2. Turn on the “Power” switch. At this point, the voltmeter will display the supply voltage; please verify that the voltage reading is correct.
3. Temperature Setting: Set the temperature controller or digital temperature controller to your desired temperature, then turn on the heating switch. At this point, the green indicator light on the controller will illuminate, indicating that the heater is operating and beginning to heat. Once the temperature reaches the set value, the red indicator light will illuminate, signaling that the heater has stopped operating and the system has entered the constant‑temperature phase.
4. This chamber’s heater uses heating elements as its heat source. When the power is turned off, the residual heat from the heating elements will continue to raise the chamber’s temperature, potentially exceeding the setpoint by approximately 20°C for a short period—this is within the normal operating range. The temperature will then naturally decline until it reaches the desired level, and this effect will dissipate after maintaining the set temperature for two hours.
5. The supply voltage must not fall below 190 V nor exceed 240 V; otherwise, the contactor may malfunction.
Instructions for Use:
Regularly inspect the fan and electrical components for looseness or damage, and promptly tighten or replace any faulty parts. This equipment is a non‑explosive drying oven; do not use it to test explosive materials to prevent accidents.
