Product Features:

1. The PLC control panel features a 7-inch color touchscreen, offering intuitive screen operation and easy program editing; no key‑based input is required, with operation buttons replaced by direct touch‑to‑select options.

2. The controller’s user interface offers a choice of Chinese and English.

3. It features a capacity of 99 programs, each with 100 segments and 99 cycle steps, with a maximum time setting of 99 hours and 59 minutes per segment.

4. After data and test conditions are entered, the controller features a screen-lock function to prevent shutdown due to accidental touch.

5. Standard USB data export interface.

6. Equipped with an upgradeable RS-232 or RS-485 communication interface, it allows users to design programs on a computer, monitor the test process, and perform functions such as automatic power on/off (optional).

7. Equipped with automatic calculation functionality, it can immediately compensate for changes in temperature and humidity, ensuring more precise and stable control.

8. The master control system features built-in runtime data storage, enabling direct access to historical data from the operator interface, as well as functions for copying, exporting, and modifying parameters. It also provides on-site installation qualification, operational qualification, and performance qualification.

Refrigeration system:

1. The chiller is equipped with a high-quality, fully enclosed air-cooled compressor unit from either Tecumseh or Copeland. The refrigeration system features a single-stage low-temperature circuit design.

2. A multi-blade blower is employed to provide powerful air circulation, eliminating dead zones and ensuring uniform temperature and humidity distribution throughout the test chamber.

3. The air‑flow system features a design that combines supply and return air, with both air pressure and velocity meeting test standards, enabling rapid temperature stabilization upon door opening.

4. Heating, cooling, and fully independent operation can improve efficiency, reduce testing costs, extend service life, and lower the failure rate.
