Manufactured in accordance with relevant standards, it is primarily used for testing the flame‑retardant performance of various masks and face shields. It is suitable for mask and face shield manufacturers, quality‑control agencies, research institutions, and organizations involved in the use and application of such products.

Product Features:

1. The system is entirely operated via a PLC touch screen, with all relevant functions accessible through the interface.

2. Automatic pulse ignition, safe and reliable.

3. Automatic burner control, automatic test movement, and automatic reset upon test completion.

4. The mounting height of the headform is adjustable to ensure consistent spacing between masks of different sizes and the burner.

5. Equipped with a flame temperature sensor and a temperature display, it provides real-time monitoring of the burner’s flame temperature.

6. The ignition time can be set automatically to ensure that masks of different sizes are thoroughly exposed to a single flame at a constant rotational speed.

7. Equipped with two observation windows—one at the front and one on the side—facilitating observation of the mask’s combustion from different angles.

8. The touchscreen features a built-in self‑diagnostic function that automatically detects and displays fault messages in case of a malfunction, facilitating subsequent troubleshooting.

9. Equipped with a check valve meeting standard requirements, ensuring safe and reliable testing.
