Manufactured in accordance with XF44-2015, GB 14866-2006, GB/T 16556-2007, GJB 1564A-2012, and other standards, it is primarily used to evaluate the high‑velocity particle impact resistance of face shields, impact‑resistant eye protection, visors, and eyewear. It is widely employed by manufacturers, research institutions, and quality‑control and testing organizations involved in the production of impact‑resistant eye protection, face shields, eyewear, and related products.

Product Features:

1. The launcher is constructed from steel tubing and powered by compressed air, with a pneumatic circuit installed to ensure the stability and reliability of the power supply.

2. A dedicated test head mold is used, which allows for positional adjustments in both the horizontal and vertical directions.

3. The protective enclosure is constructed from European‑standard profiles and high‑strength, impact‑resistant, thickened transparent acrylic, enabling real-time observation of the test conditions. Alternatively, a fully enclosed test chamber can be custom‑made to ensure safety and reliability, with high‑definition cameras for monitoring the experiment.

4. The speed measurement device employs infrared sensing, providing a convenient and rapid display of the measured speed.

5. Simulation test steel balls are provided. (Lead pellets are prohibited; if required, customers must procure them themselves.)

6. If required, a high-speed imaging system can be optionally equipped to facilitate observation of the product’s response to impact in real time.
