Product Introduction:

Manufactured in accordance with relevant standards, it is primarily used for high‑ and low‑temperature performance testing of masks, face shields, respirators, and similar protective equipment. It is suitable for mask and respirator manufacturers, quality‑control agencies, research institutions, and end‑users. Additionally, it can be employed to evaluate the performance characteristics of components and materials used in electronics and electrical engineering, automotive and motorcycle industries, aerospace, shipbuilding and defense, as well as in higher education and research settings, under conditions of elevated and reduced temperatures and cyclic thermal cycling.

Product Features:

1. PLC touch-screen operation, fully automated control.

2. Customized tests and programmable test procedures can be selected and edited as needed.

3. Temperature, humidity, and time are all programmable, with setpoints and measured values displayed in real time.

4. The setpoints for temperature and humidity are displayed as graphical curves, with the program curve shown in real time.

5. Features scheduled start-up and shutdown, power‑failure program memory, and automatic restart with resumption of the program upon power restoration.

6. The heating system employs U-shaped heating tubes with stainless steel finned heat-dissipating fins imported from Taiwan.

7. The refrigeration system features a fully hermetic compressor imported from Tecumseh in France, along with the latest environmentally friendly refrigerant R404A sourced from the United States.

8. Air Circulation System: Equipped with a multi-blade centrifugal fan and a sealed‑type motor, it features vertical diffusion, horizontal air exchange, and an arc‑shaped circulation airflow pattern, along with adjustable side vents and a protective grille at the return inlet.
