Product Introduction:
Manufactured in accordance with GB 8965.2, it is primarily used for testing the resistance of welding garments to molten metal splash impact and is widely employed by specialized labor protective equipment supervision and inspection stations, research institutes for workplace safety, product quality inspection agencies, and welding garment manufacturers.

Product Features:
1. Oxygen and acetylene flow‑regulating devices can supply standard gas flow rates to the welding torch.
2. The oxygen and acetylene pressure-regulating devices can precisely control the inlet pressures to 250 kPa and 50 kPa, respectively.
3. The oxyacetylene welding torch is used to melt metal rods, with a nozzle diameter of (1.2 ± 0.1) mm.
4. A stepper motor is used to drive the metal strip, and the running speed of the metal strip can be set.
5. Drip‑melting guiding mechanism, with a high‑temperature anti‑stick guide groove; the angle is 45 degrees.
6. Fabric temperature-sensing sensor assembly, comprising a refractory insulating rock wool support block and an armored platinum resistance thermometer, for measuring the temperature rise on the back side of the specimen.
7. Counterweight copper hammer assembly, used to set the fabric’s pre‑tension to 175 g ± 0.5 g;
8. Temperature rise data are automatically recorded, while the number of molten droplets is recorded manually by the tester.
