Manufactured in accordance with GB/T 8965.1-2020, this product is primarily used for testing the thermal insulation performance of flame‑retardant fabrics—such as those employed in Class A flame‑retardant protective clothing and firefighting suits—when exposed to radiant and convective heat sources. It is widely utilized by specialized labor‑protection‑equipment supervision and inspection stations, research institutes for workplace safety, product quality‑inspection agencies, and manufacturers of flame‑retardant apparel.

Product Features:
1. The radiant heat source consists of nine T-150 infrared quartz lamps.
2. The convective heat source consists of two Mek components, with an inclination angle of 45°.
4. The flame intensity of the convective heat source can be adjusted using a glass rotameter.
5. The protective barrier can be opened and closed to control experimental access and shield against heat generated by the heat source.
6. The heat radiation flux display shows the heat flux value in real time.
7. The main components include a heat source, a protective grid, a specimen holder and mounting plate, a sample‑clamping plate, a spacing device, a copper calorimeter, a calorimeter mounting module, a data logger, a gas flow meter, and others.
8. It employs computer control and dedicated testing software to automatically perform relevant experiments and process and analyze the data.
