Manufactured in accordance with GB 24539-2009, it is primarily used for testing the liquid‑penetration resistance of chemical protective clothing and is widely employed by specialized labor‑protection‑equipment supervision and inspection stations, research institutes for workplace safety, product quality‑inspection agencies, and protective‑clothing manufacturers.

Product Features:
1. The human mannequin is crafted from eco-friendly materials, is easy to clean, and features convenient assembly and disassembly while resisting deformation. Its surface is waterproof.
2. The human mannequin is mounted on a rotating base; once properly set up, it can automatically rotate according to the prescribed time intervals.
3. Equip with pure white, absorbent indicator garments for easy monitoring of contamination.
4. Install the five nozzles specified in the standard, arranged in a diagonal configuration, to ensure that the human mannequin is exposed to the spray from multiple directions.
5. Equipped with a dedicated flow meter that displays the flow rate and allows independent adjustment of the water volume.
6. A corrosion-resistant specialized booster pump is employed as the power source for the spray solution, ensuring that the flow rate meets the specified standards.
7. Equipped with a large-capacity water tank, the spray system employs a recirculating design and is fitted with a filter to conserve test water.
8. The spray duration can be set manually; once the set time elapses, the spraying automatically stops, and it can also be stopped at any time by hand.
9. The spray solution piping is made of high-performance tubing to ensure a long service life.
10. A dedicated spray booth is provided, constructed from transparent materials to allow continuous observation of the internal spraying process. The booth encloses both the mannequin and the spray system, with airtight sealing around all sides except the door, ensuring the laboratory remains clean and hygienic.
