Manufactured in accordance with GB/T 3923.1‑2013 and GB/T 3917.3‑2009, this equipment is primarily used for testing the tensile strength at break, elongation at break, and trapezoidal tear strength of textiles such as antistatic garments, flame‑retardant clothing, and acid‑alkali protective apparel. It is widely employed by specialized labor‑protection‑equipment supervision and inspection stations, research institutes for workplace safety, product quality‑inspection agencies, and manufacturers of protective clothing.

Product Features:
1. The entire machine features a single-arm structure with an aluminum alloy housing. It employs an integrated drive system comprising a stepper motor and a speed‑control unit to power a synchronous belt reduction mechanism, which in turn drives a lead screw to generate the loading force.
2. The force measurement system comprises a high-precision sensor, a measurement amplifier, an A/D converter, a regulated power supply, and other components, ensuring the accuracy of the measurements.
3. The displacement measurement system comprises an optical encoder, a pulse-width shaping circuit, and a computing circuit, ensuring the accuracy of the measurements.
4. The controller employs a dedicated large‑screen LED display, allowing all parameters to be set independently as required. The LED screen provides real-time monitoring of the test process and displays the locked test results, while also showing the force–displacement curve in real time.
5. Equipped with a test result query function and capable of printing test results (printing function available as an optional feature).
6. The tensile test allows pre-setting of the initial tension, provides real-time display of the testing process, and automatically calculates and displays test results such as peak load, displacement, elongation, and elongation rate.
7. The trapezoidal tear test displays the testing process in real time, automatically acquires a series of peak values corresponding to a displacement of 64 mm as specified by the standard, and presents test results such as displacement, peak value, and tear strength.
8. Equipped with overload protection, upper and lower limit protection, and other functions.
